Dr. Angela Spray graduated summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville in 1995 and received her medical degree from St. Louis University Medical School, graduating magna cum laude in 2000. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine and then went on to complete her Dermatology residency at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She was awarded the Chief Resident position in 2003 and graduated from Washington University's Division of Dermatology in 2004. Dr. Spray is board certified through the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). She is also a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). Dr. Spray regularly receives continuing medical education and stays current in diseases, therapeutics, and new and emerging technologies by attending local and national meetings. Dr. Spray established her medical practice in O'Fallon, Missouri in 2004. She serves her community by participating in free skin cancer screenings and by providing care through Volunteers in Medicine. Dr. Spray is a Christian physician who is dedicated to providing quality, compassionate care for her patients.

Physician assistant Julie Medlin is a local graduate of St Charles West High School. She attended University of Missouri in St Louis and graduated with honors with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology. She then received her physician assistant (PA) degree from Des Moines University. Her first PA position was in family practice in rural Missouri where she worked for 6 years before returning to the St Charles area with her family. Julie has been with O'Fallon Dermatology Specialists since 2006. As a physician assistant in dermatology, Julie performs skin checks, diagnoses and treats skin diseases, prescribes medications, and performs biopsies and other minor surgical procedures. Julie is a diplomate member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and attends national educational meetings. She also attends and presents at the St Louis Dermatology Physician Assistant meetings. Julie is board certified with the National Commission and Certification of Physician Assistants. To remain board certified, Julie regularly completes continuing medical education and takes a comprehensive board examination every 6 years. Julie Medlin is a kind, compassionate physician assistant who strives to provide superior care for her patients.

Casey Wegener is a board certified physician assistant. She was raised in Mt. Zion, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and graduated with honors at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She attended Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia where she graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She started her physician assistant career in family medicine in Springfield, Illinois. She moved to St. Charles, Missouri with her husband, thereafter, and joined the O'Fallon Dermatology Specialists team in 2017. She has received specific training in dermatology under the direction of Dr. Spray. As a physician assistant in dermatology, Casey performs skin exams, diagnoses and treats various skin conditions, prescribes medications, performs biopsies and other minor procedures. Casey is a board certified physician assistant by the NCCPA and licensed by the State of Missouri's Board of Healing Arts. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. To maintain certification, Casey completes regular continued medical education and takes board certification exams every 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. Casey is a warmhearted, compassionate physician assistant who seeks to provide quality and compassionate care with the patient's best interest in mind.
